In 1970, Andrew Cangelosi began Quality Swiss Screw Machine Company in a facility in Elizabeth, NJ, but has since expanded to Mountainside, NJ, where the company is now headquartered.

ABOUT US
Quality Swiss Screw Machine Company has been in the manufacturing business for over 51 years. With our two locations in Mountainside and Elizabeth, New Jersey, we have the capability to manufacture and assemble component parts to your requirements.

Our facilities consist of Okuma turning centers with stock capacity up to 2-3/4", Tornos and Strohm Swiss type screw machines with a full complement of secondary type machines, as well as 2 vertical Haas, 6 Supermax milling machines and tapping machines. Our experienced staff can make your parts per blueprint specifications.

We have provided quality precision parts to the Electrical, Valve, Aerospace and Medical industries.
​
We will quote on all quantities, complete to print. We specialize in machining all metals such as stainless steel 303 - 304 - 316 brass, copper, and aluminum, in addition to nylon and all plastics.

HISTORY
Quality Swiss was established in 1970. The Firm's reputation was built on the premise that customers preferred a company with an attitude of personal service which could provide a quality product, timely delivery, and that maintained a well-qualified staff. Quality Swiss is capable of offering its customers a wide spectrum of applications. The company is proficient in machining process, precision tooling and fixture production, and all secondary operations and assemblies.

Quality Swiss is in a unique position; different from both small "job shops" and extremely large screw machine companies. Unlike larger companies, this firm is still small enough to maintain exemplary service, flexibility, and the personal touch - the ideas it was built upon. However, due to progressive-thinking management and employee teams, Quality Swiss is also able to provide a degree of service that most small shops are unable to match. Extensive equipment, training programs for personnel, and high quality standards, including statistical process control, enable the company to equal or excel the products of much larger firms. This has allowed the Company to enter the high-volume, small production field and currently serve as a supplier to a number of firms involved in the automotive and electrical industries.

The location of Quality Swiss in industrial New Jersey allows for easy access to businesses throughout the entire country. The current service area extends from New Jersey and its surrounding states to Florida and California.
